The Ghana Medical Help team is a group of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds with a common goal of seeing access to health care become a human right.

The GMH approach involves sustainable, research-based, customized interventions.
By collaborating with the local health care providers and community leaders on program development and operation, GMH has created a system that allows for ongoing monitoring, evaluation and adaptation of its programs. This method generates successful interventions that emphasize local ownership and are specifically tailored to the local environment, ultimately transitioning to self-sufficiency and effectively eliminating the traditional challenges faced by many international aid initiatives.
